Peak Season, Holiday Planning & More

As we prepare for the months ahead, we want to keep you informed and help ensure your operations continue to run smoothly. In this month’s update, we’re sharing a few timely reminders, upcoming planning considerations, and a recent team highlight.

Thank you for your continued partnership with LaCore Logistics.

Peak Season Is Approaching: What to Expect

Peak season is approaching, and a little planning now can help keep everything moving smoothly.

With higher shipping volumes expected across carrier networks, allowing extra lead time can help keep orders and special promotions on schedule. If you have any upcoming launches, promotions, or time-sensitive shipments planned, we encourage you to finalize your logistics early so our team can help prepare accordingly.

As always, we’re here to help you plan ahead and keep things moving throughout the busy season.

Big News: LaCore Logistics Has Officially Expanded Coast-to-Coast!

LaCore Logistics truck on the highway

We are thrilled to announce a major milestone in our journey: LaCore Logistics is expanding from our Texas roots to a full three-node national footprint!

In addition to our flagship fulfillment hub in Texas, we have officially opened state-of-the-art logistics facilities on the East Coast (New Jersey) and West Coast (California).

What started as a single-location operation built on reliability and precision has grown into a multi-node network designed to bring your products closer to your customers than ever before.

If you would like to explore the possibilities for expanding your logistics footprint to use our now three locations, contact Coy at support@lacorelogistics.com.

What This Means for Your Business

Opening strategic facilities in New Jersey and California transforms how we handle your inventory and fulfillment:

  • Faster transit times across the U.S. By positioning inventory across the South, East, and West, we can now reach up to 95%+ of the continental U.S. population within 1–2 business days via standard ground shipping.

  • Dramatically lower shipping costs. Zone-skipping is now built directly into your fulfillment strategy. Shipping orders locally within the East and West Coast regions significantly reduces postage rates, carrier surcharges, and dimensional weight fees.

  • Redundancy and business continuity. Distributed inventory protects your brand against localized weather disruptions, carrier bottlenecks, and seasonal volume spikes. Your supply chain stays resilient, no matter what happens in a single region.

  • Enhanced port access for imports. With direct proximity to major ocean ports — including the Port of NY/NJ and the Ports of Los Angeles/Long Beach — we can streamline container drayage, reduce port transit times, and get your inbound stock onto shelves faster.

End-of-Year Inventory Counts

Do you have your end-of-year counts previously scheduled?

If so, please make sure our support team is aware of your dates so we can plan accordingly and ensure a smooth inventory audit. Advance notice helps us coordinate resources and avoid any last-minute surprises. Please share your scheduled dates with us as soon as possible.

Holiday Kitting Projects

Do you have any special kitting projects planned for the holidays? If so, please make sure to get them scheduled with our assembly team well before the special dates approach. Early scheduling helps us secure the resources and time needed to complete your projects accurately and on time — so don’t wait until the last minute to lock in your dates.

Formulations and Ops by Day, Softball by Night 🥎

The LaCore Legends softball team

The LaCore Legends were back out there this week — and the cheer section showed up in a tutu with pom-poms, which is the correct energy.

Same crew that keeps orders accurate, inventory visible and client launches on schedule. Turns out they’re competitive about more than fill rates.

Team Highlight

The LaCore team launching a client across multiple facilities

We’re excited to share a recent win! Our team joined forces to help launch a client across multiple facilities, and the results speak for themselves.

This is what partnership looks like — and it’s what we bring to the table for every client we serve.
