    MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS

    Ryan oversees manufacturing operations at LACORE™️ Nutraceuticals, leading the teams responsible for formulation, packaging, sanitation, and training. With a background spanning quality assurance, product development, and production leadership, he brings a rare end-to-end view of how a product moves from formulation to finished pallet. Ryan is known for building the systems that let good people do good work through standardized documentation, clear qualification paths, and structure that scales without slowing anyone down.

  • Katie McCammack

    DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

    With a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and a minor in Biology from Texas A&M University, Kaitlyn McCammack brings a strong scientific foundation and passion for innovation to her role leading Research & Development at LACORE™️. She works across formulation, emerging ingredients, consumer trends, and product strategy to develop unique, science-driven products and guide them from concept through commercialization. Her experience in the food and nutraceutical industries allows her to bridge the gap between innovative ideas and products that are practical, market-ready, and built for successful manufacturing.
